Born and bred in the vibrant city of hull, bandanarama has woven itself into the very fabric of the local music scene. With a unique blend of catchy tunes with sing along choruses. Bandanarama’s sound is a delightful fusion of indie rock and pop influences, reflecting the diverse musical tastes of a dynamic group of musicians, each bringing their own flair and creativity to the mix.  

Dressed like a mob of bikers and rock gods whatever the weather, Bandanarama are a community street band, specialising in procession, parade and walkabout performance, but also do birthdays weddings, corporate/private events and funerals.  The band  is a mix of brass, wind, percussion, strings, and voice. They play an eclectic mash-up of disco, rock, indie, pop and big band classics with a bit of um-pa thrown in, guaranteed to get your toes tapping, as they strut their stuff through the crowd.
